Lead Up Youth Council is committed to providing representation for the youth within the clubs and community, reflecting issues and goals and ensuring a youth voice and input into region wide initiatives and activities. We are currently accepting applications from youths ages 13-18 years old in the Okanagan. Lead Up provides the opportunity for youth to plan and implement youth-led service projects in their communities, be a voice for youth, directly inform youth-related programming in BGC Okanagan.
In addition to gaining applicable leadership, planning, and critical thinking skills, there are opportunities for scholarships, grants, volunteering hours, references, and more!
