Hockey Helps the Homeless to support BGC Okanagan youth

Hockey Helps the Homeless (HHTH) is proud to partner with BGC Okanagan for the first Annual Pro-Am Charity Hockey Tournament, presented by Peacock Sheridan Group and Value Partners Investments Inc., to be held on Friday, April 5, 2024.

“Participants in the one-day charity tournament are treated like pros, playing alongside hockey legends, while making a significant impact on the lives of the youth served by BGC Okanagan,” said Richelle Leckey, BGC Okanagan Community Engagement Coordinator. “Net proceeds from the tournament will support youth who access BGC Okanagan’s low-barrier services; our shelter diversion and Upstream Kelowna programs.”

This new Pro-Am tournament, featuring Vancouver Canucks alumni Neil Eisenhut, alongside a slate of well-known retired NHLers, welcomes individual players or teams to sign up by Friday, Feb. 16. All players will experience three hockey games with at least one former professional player on their team, personalized jerseys and socks, a participant gift, draft night or reception, HHTH merchandise and game day food and beverages.
